Associate Treasury Reporting
The Associate Treasury Reporting plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s financial health and strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Head of Treasury. This role is instrumental in ensuring financial risk compliance and implementing treasury reporting best practices. The Associate Treasury Reporting is a key member of the treasury team in providing strategic insights to the management of the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Produce accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports, including but not limited to cash positions, liquidity metrics, and investment performance.

Leverage Treasury Management System, ERP and data visualization tools to automate reporting processes and reduce manual interventions.

Support the monitoring of financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, ensuring compliance with treasury policies.

Maintain detailed schedules of all borrowing activity, monitor financial covenants and validate principal & interest payments.

Conduct quarterly reviews of account analysis statements to audit bank service fees against agreed-upon rates, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Assist in preparing treasury-related financial statement disclosures and regulatory submissions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) preferred.

2 – 4 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or accounting.

A solid understanding of treasury and financial risk management as well as strong accounting knowledge.

Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Experience with TMS (e.g., Kyriba, Reval) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Experience using Power BI or Tableau to transform static reports into interactive dashboards for leadership.

Good knowledge of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and ideally VBA/Macros for automating repetitive reporting cycles. Python knowledge “nice-to-have”.
