· Shared Services: Collect timesheet data and prepare shared service invoices in accordance with the Group's shared service policy.

· Tax Compliance: Support the Tax team by preparing accurate source data and reconciliations for European entities, including VAT control accounts, tax account roll‑forwards, and schedules for corporate income tax (CIT), withholding, and payroll‑related taxes.

· Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor cash balances periodically to ensure timely payment of monthly expenses.

· Payment Approvals: Review and authorize payments through IFS and banking platforms as needed.

· Liquidity Support: Collaborate with FP&A teams to prepare 13-week liquidity forecasts.
