Corporate Finance & Treasury – Investor Relations & Rating
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations & Rating, the (Senior) Manager Investor Relations & Rating contributes to all investor relations and rating activities of the company, developing our strong capital markets profile with a compelling credit and equity story, managing financial markets communication, expanding the investor network, leading rating processes, and safekeeping communication materials.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
General Investor Relations & Rating Support and Execution
- Support the Head of Investor Relations & Rating in execution of the IR&R strategy
- Develop relationships with investors, investment banks, rating agencies, and stock exchanges to enhance the IR&R profile
- Plan investor relations activities, arrange and prepare investor and analyst presentations, roadshows, and build and maintain a network of investment banks and investors
- Monitor sentiment in relevant capital markets, identify potential strategies to capitalize on market opportunities, and provide insights on capital market activities, trends, competitor behavior, and other aspects affecting the company and its (potential) capital market activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align (investor) presentations, other financial and non-financial communication materials, and information flow; ensure accuracy of communication materials and safekeeping of investor relations and corporate finance communication materials
- Coordinate logistics and preparation for investor meetings, roadshows, and analyst calls
- Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists
Rating Process Coordination
- Coordinate rating processes and prepare required documentation for review
- Maintain regular contact with rating agencies
- Prepare briefing materials and data packs for rating reviews
- Monitor relevant rating methodologies and developments
Market Monitoring & Analysis
- Track analyst reports, investor feedback, and competitor activity
- Monitor developments in equity and debt capital markets
- Provide regular market intelligence updates to internal stakeholders
- Support analysis of capital market trends and funding activities
Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements
- Liaise with all relevant internal teams to align messaging
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and safekeeping of all investor-related communication materials
Requirements
Experience
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or investment management
- Experience preparing investor communications and supporting rating processes
- Industry experience in infrastructure and/or offshore oil and gas is considered an advantage
Education & Qualifications
- A good degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or equivalent from a recognized university
- A postgraduate degree and/or a relevant professional qualification focused on IR or another finance-oriented professional qualification such as CFA are considered an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex financial information into clear messages
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
Other
- Established network with analysts or investors is a plus
