Join Yinson Production, a global leader in floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessels, as a Tax Intern. This is a full-time, onsite internship based at our office in The Hague for a duration of four months from November through February 2026. We welcome candidates currently residing within 50 km of our office in the Netherlands

As a Tax Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in international tax planning and structuring within this dynamic global context. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise in cross-border tax strategies, transfer pricing, and corporate taxation through meaningful projects and close collaboration with experienced tax professionals
Role Overview
As a Tax Intern, your responsibilities will encompass several core areas of tax structuring, research, and advisory support:
- Tax Structuring & Planning: Assist in analyzing tax-efficient structures for international transactions; review tax implications related to financing and business operations; support risk assessment and mitigation strategies; contribute to tax due diligence processes linked to mergers and acquisitions; prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining tax structuring recommendations.
- Tax Research & Transfer Pricing: Conduct thorough research on current international tax developments such as Pillar 2, BEPS, ATAD, and OECD guidelines; review transfer pricing documentation; analyze applicable tax treaties influencing cross-border activities; support the drafting of advisory memos on complex tax matters; monitor evolving tax regulations and evaluate their impact on company operations
Candidate Profile
We seek proactive and dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s degree program such as tax law, fiscal economics, accounting, or finance.
- Strong analytical capabilities backed by a solid understanding of international tax principles, corporate tax structuring, and financial reporting.
- Genuine interest in tax advisory, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage data analysis and presentations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex tax concepts clearly and logically.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Experience with tax research tools such as IBFD or Bloomberg Tax is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus
