storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessels worldwide. Operating in an international
industry, we engage with tax authorities, tax advisors and several internal teams such as
corporate finance and accounting to ensure compliance and optimize tax structures.

As part of our commitment to developing young talent, we offer an internship where you
will gain experience in tax structuring while also supporting transfer pricing and tax
research initiatives. This provides a diverse and exciting role where you will support and
perform tax advisory, structuring, and research tasks.
The Role
We are seeking a Tax Intern in The Hague. This internship offers hands-on experience in
international tax planning and structuring, with exposure to tax advisory, transfer pricing
and research to develop analytical skills and insights into corporate taxation and cross[1]border tax strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Structuring & Planning
• Support the analysis of tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions.
• Assist in reviewing corporate tax implications of financing structures and
business operations.
• Help assess tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential exposures.
• Assist in tax due diligence and M&A-related tax matters.
• Prepare reports and presentations on tax structuring recommendations.
Tax Research & Transfer Pricing
• Conduct research on international tax developments, including Pillar 2, BEPS,
ATAD, and OECD guidelines.
• Assist in reviewing transfer pricing documentation.
• Analyze tax treaties and their impact on cross-border transactions.
• Support in preparing advisory memos on complex tax issues.
• Help monitor tax regulatory changes and assess their impact on Yinson
Production.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s program (e.g., tax law, fiscal economics,
accounting, finance).
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of international tax principles,
corporate tax structuring, and financial reporting.
• Interest in tax advisory, transfer pricing, and cross-border taxation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters in a
clear and structured manner.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
• A team player with a structured approach and attention to detail.
• Experience with tax research tools such as IBFD or Bloomberg Tax is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
