Reports to:    Maintenance Supervisor 

Core Responsibility:
•    Support CMMS system data input into IFS for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on FPSO Helang.
•    Responsible for safe keeping for maintenance reports and checklist, ensure it is readily available for audits. 
•    Support planning and scheduling aspect of all preventive maintenance work with Maintenance Supervisor. 
•    Support on guiding supervisor on raising Support Issue in IFS or MOC for maintenance deferment, ensure it follows Company Procedure. 
•    Responsible for spare-parts inventory synchronization between Labuan warehouse, FPSO Helang store and IFS System.
•    Support Labuan Warehouse and storekeeper with spare-parts movement between Labuan and FPSO Helang. 
•    Responsible for IFS data entry for spare parts.


Duties:
•    Prepare lookahead schedules for each department according to established maintenance program. 
•    Confer with supervisors to determine status of all planning maintenance, notify onshore team for support or arrangement on vendor for third party certification activities.
•    Monitor overdue work orders in IFS, ensure all overdue work orders are being deferred with approval and justification. 
•    Monitor the work order reporting and closure progress in IFS, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance works conducted are reported in IFS and subsequently translated into the unit’s Daily Report.
•    Prepare monthly reports on CMMS and Capital & Insurance spare inventory status.
•    Assist in CMMS system updates, data clean-up and other continuous improvement activities. 
•    Monitor implementation of Maintenance Plan as per requirements highlighted inside FPSO Helang’s Performance Standard. 

  • Monitor and track the quality of records (report, checklist and certificates) that prepared by supervisors, ensure it is being sign off and the outstanding works or follow-up actions are subsequently captured correctly in IFS upon completion of preventive maintenance.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing spare parts movement in FPSO Helang and Labuan, ensure correct inventory data are updated in IFS.
  • Input all data for spare parts into IFS as per standard template:
    • Locate physical part in store
    • Mark location
    • Mark quantity
    • Input standard template
    • Coordinate with CMMS team
  • Perform counting of spare parts on FPSO Helang and Labuan Warehouse, track and record the quantity and condition, with minimum covering of 100% of inventory spares on annual basis.
  • Responsible for creating IFS part number and capture details (e.g parent equipment tag, manufacturer, manufacturer part number, serial number, cost center & etc.) in IFS.
  • Assisting the FPSO Storekeeper with day-to-day spare part upkeep including preservation work execution.
  • Assist responsible personnel with IFS routine operations, provide guidance and training to new joiner if necessary.
  • Report to MSUP as part of the Maintenance team offshore.
  • Ensuring quality of work is in compliance with the Company Procedure and associated HSEQ System;

QuQualifications:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Good organizational skills in managing record/documentations.
  • Adhere to work deadlines.
  • Proactive in system continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work together as a team.
