Mission
Asist JPOP in daily activity to ensure the Production Plant operates in safe and efficient condition.

Scope
•    To assist Junior Production Operator and Senior Production Operator with all the daily routing tasks and maintenance activity.

Duties
•    Be familiar with production plant operations including the safety features not limited to the followings:
o    FPSO layout including all process modules, marine area, pump room, engine room and Bosun store.
o    Safety equipment layout including location of fire fighting equipment & fire water pumps including foam pumps and alternate muster safety shelter.
o    Be able to identify the manual alarm call points and ESD push buttons.
o    Identify Fire & Gas System in the field and a brief description of its location and what its purpose.
o    Pump room entry procedure including Bosun store.
o    Muster points and lifeboats.
•    Participate in daily toolbox talks (day and night)
•    Participate in drafting a risk assessment and why it’s done.
•    Participate in drafting a Permit to Work (PTW) (all types and why it’s done) and be familiar with PTW system.
•    Participate in daily routines, e.g., outside reading and be able to demonstrate the local instruments for the daily reading, including identifying all the process plant equipment with brief process description and its basic function.
•    Always comply with COMPANY HSEQ and COMPANY operating procedure in any task execution assigned by JPOP/SPOP and PSUP.
•    Asist JPOP daily activities and not limited to the followings:
o    Preparation and isolation of equipment for maintenance activity (vessel isolation, equipment or line draining)
o    Monitor and record field instrument reading
o    Sample collection for production laboratory
•    Report any leaks and equipment failure to JPOP, SPOP and then PSUP.
•    Be familiar with CMMS.
•    The above listed tasks are not limited and will addition duty will be given by department head (PSUP)

Qualifications
    •    General mechanical knowledge
•    Good in spoken and written English
•    Optional – 
o    Basic knowledge in chemical and/or process plant
