Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare working programs and schedules for each department according to a previously established maintenance program.
• Monitor implementation of Maintenance Plan and keep/maintain records on IFS for all equipment and auxiliaries onboard FPSO and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine the status of all planning maintenance.
• Assist in CMMS system updates, clean-up and improvement
• Generation and distribution upon require of periodic reports for monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly works
• Assist responsible personnel with IFS routine operations.
• Undertake training relevant to the position requirements.

Qualifications

• Essential
  • At least 3 years maintenance planning experience for all equipment on board FPSO (Mechanical, Electrical and instruments) or at least 2 years’ experience on the offshore installations or seagoing service as a second engineer.
  • Standard of competence according to Yinson Competence Assurance Matrix.
• Desirable
  • An engineering degree from an accredited university is desirable

Skills & Experiences

• Essential
  • Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Very good English written and spoken
