Responsible for supporting HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll administration, rewards, employee data management, reporting, and HR compliance activities. The role requires a structured and logical approach to work, strong attention to detail, and a close-the-loop mindset to ensure timely execution and follow-through of HR processes.

About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of the Human Resources department, providing comprehensive administrative support that ensures smooth HR operations. You will manage various HR documentation, maintain employee records, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Your contribution directly influences the experience of our workforce and supports compliance with company policies and relevant labour legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR databases in line with data protection regulations.
  • Preparing and processing HR documentation including contracts, amendments, and letters.
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing recruitment databases.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of HR projects such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Providing timely support and information to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Facilitating onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and operations.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate HR-related activities efficiently.
  • Supporting compliance initiatives by assisting with audits and maintaining documentation required for legal and regulatory adherence.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential to facilitate clear interactions across all levels of the organisation. Prior experience in HR administration or related fields, ideally within the engineering or offshore production sectors, will be highly advantageous.
