Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and coordinate vehicle service cases reported by clients.  The role involves monitoring and documenting issues, advising clients on next steps, as well as assigning repair jobs to vendors while ensuring timely and high-quality service.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & Record new vehicle cases faced by clients on various reporting channels in a timely manner with accurate information (reporting channels - WhatsApp, Email, Phone Call)
  • Follow Up, Manage & Advise respective clients on vehicle issues (eg. collect more detailed information or advise on next action plan)
  • Assign repair jobs to respective vendors and Follow Up with repairs within the agreed turnaround time
  • Manage vendors in an orderly manner to make sure jobs assigned are repaired to level best and to manage both client / vendors expectations
  • Compile repair reports by vendor on repairs done and technical reports for high occurrence cases
  • Verify 1st layer on quotations given by vendor and forward to next level for approval / action plan
  • Compile data on a weekly basis for vehicle issues / turnaround time/ vendor performance which is to be studied by the team and to improve services
  • Assign jobs to respective vendor or in-house team
  • Track wear and tear replacement like tyres, 12V battery, bulbs, wipers and etc
  • Keep track of spare parts movement from drivEV inventory including of cost and vehicle detail

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology / Engineering
  • SKM Level 3 / 4 in Automotive Management or IMI UK Level 1-3 in Electric Vehicle or similar
  • Basic technical diagnosis and repair or troubleshoot
  • Possess adequate customer service skill
  • Experienced in working with or related to hybrid or EV repair (preferably)
  • Minimum working in aftersales in-service centre (2 or 3 years)
