In the role of being a Data Analyst at Green EV Charge Sdn Bhd, a division of ChargEV which focuses on green technology, you will be pivotal in transforming the company into the region's most engaging and customer-centric e-mobility charging platform and infrastructure player through data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, to maintain, optimize and enhance a variety of machine learning and analytical solutions including customer segmentations, automations, self-service dashboards, and deep dives into data across a range of functional teams.

This role is about more than data analytics; it's about using data and insights in creating an unparalleled user experience that is seamless and frictionless, setting ChargEV apart as a leader in the electric vehicle industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing dashboard, data models, data pipelines, automations, data validations and reporting in PowerBI/Databrick
• Use data modeling, design and analysis techniques to take business intelligence projects from concept to implementation and participate in the development of new data products.
• Conduct analysis and develop dashboards which provide actionable insights and accurate information to support decision-making at all business levels.
• Work with stakeholders across different teams to understand and support their requirements, and to act as an advocate of advanced analytics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in data quality, transfer, transformation, and reporting.
• Support in the optimization, documentation, replicability, and scalability of our ongoing projects.
• Drive automation using Power Automate (desirable)
