Job Summary:

 

  • Advise and assist on implementation, migration, testing and continuous improvement initiatives related to the IFS and other ERP related/connected systems.

 

 

  • Lead or participate in harmonisation and improvement of IFS processes and workflows across Yinson Group.

 

  • This will be done in close cooperation with both local and global stakeholder from business side, consultants from IFS Support Team, rest of IT team and external resources

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and test architecture on ERP and connect systems
  2. Connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify problem areas.
  3. Ensure comprehensive ERP documentation.
  4. Partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiency.
  5. Follow up Invoice scanning system to solve issues and improve the work flows for the procurement process.
  6. Prepare and update IFS process workflow policy and procedures, in collaboration with both the IT/ERP and business side as needed.
  7. Update/supervise IFS authority settings according to Board’s mandate.
  8. Work closely with external consultants from IFS and supporting systems like consolidation, invoice automation solutions and treasury system to ensure continued smooth operation of IFS and integration to supporting systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or similar educational qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Finance and ERP systems.
  • Minimum 5 of these years must be on IFS
  • Fluent in English, written and oral
  • Meticulous with documentation of ERP system workflows.
  • Deep understanding of IFS Finance and other modules used at Yinson; SCM, Maintenance, Project Management and Document Management.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deadline driven.
  • Experience in writing scripts using SQL to extract financial data from databases and generate customized reports
  • Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management, or other IFS modules used by Yinson (Project, HR, DocMan and Maintenance)
