Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth in our electric vehicle leasing business. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients within target markets, including businesses and individuals seeking vehicle leasing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored leasing solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our vehicle leasing products and services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting company objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the leasing process, ensuring a positive client experience and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the vehicle leasing or automotive industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
