Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Source for insurance quotations, execute on insurance and road tax renewal.
  • Monitor, process, and keep track of vendor payment. (Which include Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Payment Request and Payment Slip)
  • Back charging repair cost to Client. (Due to their own negligence)
  • Summon checking and communicate with Client on payment status.
  • Update and upkeep existing fleet and new fleet data into drivEV shared folder and Fleet Management System.
  • Proper documentation filling for current fleet and new fleet.

 

Qualification Required:

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' prior industry-related experience in Admin
  • Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Organized
  • Any prior experience in the automotive / mobility industry (i.e. dealing with JPJ and Puspakom) will be an added advantage
