Responsibilities
- To define service promise to clients and to lead aftersales team to achieve them
- Responsible to plan and forecast aftersales budget
- To establish process to tracks and monitor EV maintenance and insurance cost
- Ability to build strong relationship with EV distributors and partners
- Clear understanding of maintenance cost management and introduce initiatives on predictive maintenance
- Good knowledge of Accident Claims Process and Protocol
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of Leadership role in Automotive industry
- Knowledge and exposure on electric vehicle ecosystem
