As the Head of EV Leasing in DrivEV, you will lead to scale our EV leasing business across Malaysia and Singapore, to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will ensure that commercial objectives are met while maintaining high standards of service quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Business Leadership & Growth

• Plan and execute business strategies to expand the company’s market share and revenue base in the EV leasing sector.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities and partnerships, to drive growth.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to define medium- and long-term strategic priorities aligned with company vision and market trends.
• Lead the Business Development team to achieve sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and contract renewals.

2. Operations & Service Excellence

• Oversee Aftersales Support and Fleet Management operations to ensure optimal fleet utilization, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, maintenance turnaround times, and service reliability.

• Introduce data-driven decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.

3. Financial Management

• Assume P&L responsibility for the business, ensuring consistent revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal discipline and capital efficiency.
• Manage pricing strategies, commercial contracts, and capital allocation to achieve sustainable profitability.

4. Governance & Accountability

• Provide regular updates on business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Senior Management team.
• Ensure robust governance, internal controls, and adherence to corporate policies and ethical standards.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders within the Yinson Group to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Act as a brand ambassador for sustainable mobility and EV adoption contributing to public and industry discourse.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in senior management roles.
• Proven track record in delivering strong financial results.
• Knowledge of EV ecosystems, including charging technologies, leasing models, and regulatory frameworks.
