The role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with site partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance. This includes managing site and roaming agreement lifecycles (new, renewal, and termination), coordinating partner onboarding, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting payment processes. The role also acts as the primary point of contact for site partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Maintaining an up-to-date tracker and reporting is essential, as it impacts the accurate execution and status of agreements
Key Responsibilities:
Management of Site and Roaming Agreements
- Oversee and maintain the tracker and reporting of site and roaming agreements, including new, renewal, and termination cases.
- Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to obtain signed agreements for new sites.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the Partner Commercial Tracker.
- Monitor agreement expiry timelines and initiate timely engagement with site partners to determine renewal or exit actions.
Onboarding of Site Partners
- Guide new site partners and other partners (e.g. Roaming) through the registration process on the Partner Portal prior to invoice issuance.
- Provide clear instructions to partners on payment processes and requirements.
- Manage IFS registration and onboarding to ensure seamless integration and compliance with internal procedures.
- Ensure timely distribution of payment advices to partners.
Reporting, Compliance & Query Management
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly reports within required timelines.
- Respond to queries received from site partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Support compliance-related initiatives by contacting site partners to gather necessary data and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Proven experience in partner or account management and similar roles.
- Exceptional accuracy in verifying invoices, documentation, and financial records
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and effective issue resolution.
- Works independently, demonstrating a high level of commitment and excellence.
- Proficiency in excel and other software (e.g., Power BI,SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in Office’s 36
- Database management and tracker is essential as it impacts the accurate execution and status of the agreement
