Who are we?

We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support corporate secretarial and related matters for an assigned portfolio of listed and non-listed entities within the Group, including local and overseas entities.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements including those under the Companies Act, ACRA regulations, where relevant.
  • Manage, administer, maintain and file all statutory records, registers and minute books in accordance with applicable statutory requirements
  • To support the preparation and lodgement of statutory filings with CCM and/or ACRA
  • Liasing and coordinating with overseas service providers on statutory and compliance filings for overseas companies.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external partners, auditors, agencies and regulatory authorities on corporate secretarial matters.
  • To organise and coordinate annual general meetings or other shareholder meetings of assigned portfolio and be responsible for the preparation and circulation of related meeting materials
  • Assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions and be responsible for and manage the circulation, approval and execution process
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company Secretary

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MICSA/ICSA qualification (or equivalent) is preferred; candidates currently pursuing the qualification will be considered.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably within a listed company, professional firm, or large corporate group with regional exposure.
  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of both listed and non-listed entities, including handling board and shareholder matters.
  • Practical working experience with statutory and regulatory compliance requirements under the Companies Act, including ACRA (Singapore) and/or CCM (Malaysia) frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and coordinating board papers, resolutions, annual reports, AGMs/EGMs, and shareholder communications.
  • Exposure to cross-border corporate secretarial work, including liaising with overseas service providers and managing compliance for regional entities.
  • Prior experience engaging with external auditors, regulators, and corporate service providers is preferred.
