We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Management: 

• Responsible for implementing a robust and appropriate Group level Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework;
• Oversee ERM activities, ensuring integration and alignment across all business units.
• Lead the risk assessment and review processes, focusing on the identification of key risks and the development of actionable mitigation strategies
• Review and monitor the risk action plans on a regular basis through communication with the various risk coordinators/risk owners;
• Provide detailed ERM reports and insights to Senior Management and the Board of Directors;
• Evaluate and enhance existing risk management policies and methodologies, recommending and executing relevant updates;
• Provide support on the risk management framework to the business units to ensure understanding of common risk language across the Group;
• Champion risk awareness initiatives by organising training programs and workshops.;
• Managing the ERM Risk Management IT Solution and cascading throughout selected business units;
• Manage the project risk assessment and evaluation process for the business segments through collaboration with the project sponsors.

Business Continuity Management:

• Manage the implementation of the Group’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Crisis Management Plan;
• Manage the annual activation testing of the BCP;
• Adopt a continuous improvement methodology for the Group’s BCM;
• Explore the implementation of a BCM IT module.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Economics/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of related working experience in enterprise risk management.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks i.e. ISO31000 as well as Sustainability standards would be an added advantage.
• Experience in implementing BCM framework is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a core team of risk management specialists.
• Good communication, presentation and report writing skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience in collaborating with peers and management from various cultural backgrounds.
• A team player, proactive, analytical and able to work independently.
