The Role

The Technical Program Manager will be a part of Yinson Green Technologies’ DigitalEV Products team developing new digital products to support our new business ventures in the Electromobility, Energy and Marine sectors. It will entail working closely with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Software Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers and external business partners and customers to develop and deliver these ambitious digital products. The Technical Program Manager will provide delivery leadership and direction to the product teams and manage the status reporting and communications process with relevant stakeholders. The person should be technical enough to get into the details of the deliveries/projects to ensure on time delivery, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone who possesses an astute business awareness to understand the value proposition of our digital ecosystems. The person must have significant experience working on large and complex products, has a passion for technology and enjoys working in a fast changing and challenging environment to build a net zero carbon future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience managing end to end lifecycle of complex and large project deliveries
• Experience managing enterprise applications development projects from an engineering and quality assurance as well as project management perspective
• Status reporting, tracking, escalating issues, risk Management of deliveries
• Contribute to the definition of the team processes and standards
• Coordinate the work of a team of stake holders in the delivery of complex projects
• Understand needs of multiple projects and communicate them divisionally and/or cross-divisionally
• Customer interaction and ability to steer discussions and directions

Skills & Experiences:

• Possess typically 7-12 years of previous software engineering or related experience, out of which 2+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager
• Experience  in building large scale Enterprise applications
• Extensive experience with Application Performance, Scalability and Reliability
• Demonstrate complete commercial relational database and middleware technologies experience
• Innovate and create solutions to very complex problems
• Project Management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
