Job Summary:
To support the Crewing Coordinator in the efficient and compliant management of crew logistics, documentation, and planning for offshore personnel assigned to Yinson’s FPSO operating in Angola
Key Responsibilities:
- To cooperate with the crewing agents for the search, selection and recruitment of suitably qualified crew as required by offshore management, the Operations Manager and the Managing Director;
- Monitor that all crew provided by agents hold the required company and regulatory certifications and that such licenses and certificates are and remain valid;
- Liaise with Agents to arrange medical examinations and refresher courses for the renewal of expiring crew certificates Prepare a training plan for crew in line with company training matrix, regulatory and operational requirements and the succession plan and monitor the implementation of the plan
- Monitor planned crew rotations received from Units and the arrangement by Agents of crew travel logistics including visas;
- Liaise with agents for the timely and complete upload of all required crew information and certificates to the online crew management database;
- Monitor that all supervisors, agents and contractors carry out performance appraisals for all crew as required and coordinate implementation of any actions required as a result of such appraisals;
- Carry out oversight in industrial relations between crewing agents and their unionized personnel.
- Engagement with representatives of the local communities to ensure harmonious relationship under the supervision of the Managing Director
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment and ensure adherence to company HSE policies

Health Safety & Environment: Engage in HSE training, stay updated on safety policies, and encourage others to do the same to ensure a culture of safety across the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in crewing or marine HR, preferably in the offshore oil & gas sector.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Familiarity with crew management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel between Luanda and offshore locations if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FPSO operations or similar offshore assets.
- Knowledge of Kahuna or other crew planning software.
- Understanding of Angolan labour and immigration regulations related to offshore personnel
