HR Manager

We are seeking an highly motivated, structured and self-driven HR Manager to lead and manage the HR department in Norway. This role focuses exclusively on the Oslo office and Yinson Production-related operations, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, and excellence in HR practices. You will be reporting to HR BP for EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

· Manage recruitment and selection processes.

· Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.

· Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

· Ensure compliance with Norwegian labour laws and regulations.

· Manage HR and performance cycle.

· Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.

· Manage payroll in OCS, benefits and compensation administration.

· Manage global mobility and international assignments.

· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

· Manager one HR Administrative employee.

· Cooperate with and contribute to the global Yinson HR organisation.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR management.

· In-depth knowledge of Norwegian labour laws and HR best practices.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in SuccessFactors is an advantage.

· Fluency in English is required.

· Fluency in Norwegian is highly recommended.
