Senior Maintenance & Inventory Engineer

The role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, along with expertise in maintenance and inventory strategy, operations, and governance. It involves direct communication and collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance and accountability towards defined Operations, Maintenance & Inventory KPIs.
- Provide analysis and insight to Line Manager and Operations as required on Maintenance & Inventory matters towards operating units.
- Ensure compliance with corporate specifications / philosophy / standards
For this role travel is required, including but not limited to shipyards, other Yinson offices, candidate vessels (onshore/offshore), operational production units (offshore) and onshore support bases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural/ Mechanical/ Marine or Offshore Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the offshore maintenance industry with a comparable ERP/EAM system (IFS preferred).
- Experience in strategy optimization is desirable.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Advantage with SQL experience
