We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Recruiter to join our team. This role is based in our Shanghai Office and forms a critical part of our ongoing commitment to attract, engage, and retain outstanding talent in a dynamic engineering environment. As a Project Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Yinson's business objectives by sourcing and securing highly skilled professionals who align with the company's values and technical requirements.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process specific to offshore production projects. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand project demands and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Your ability to act decisively while maintaining openness and adaptability will be key to navigating the fast-paced and evolving hiring needs within our technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with project timelines and workforce requirements within the Offshore Production division.
  • Source, identify, and engage diverse candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical skills and cultural fit criteria.
  • Build strong partnerships with project managers and HR teams to anticipate hiring needs and advise on labour market trends.
  • Manage candidate experience with professionalism, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards and ethical policies, promoting sustainability and inclusivity.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reports on hiring metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within technical or engineering sectors.
  • Familiarity with EPCIC project execution or related industries is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills are considered a plus.
