Sumary:
Yinson Brasil Serviços Ltda is seeking a dedicated Integrity Engineer. This important role supports the onshore operations with a key focus on maintaining and assuring the integrity and safe operation of FPSO units and associated equipment.
As an Integrity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s interests by ensuring that all inspection, testing, and maintenance activities on critical equipment are carried out with high standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will be integral to a team committed to operational excellence and proactive risk management within the offshore oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and oversee the activities related to NR 13 / SPIE compliance in collaboration with equipment inspectors from FPSO units, including maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation such as official books, calibration certificates, inspection reports, and audit records.
- Manage internal and external inspection schedules, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards, while maintaining close coordination with operation managers to integrate inspection activities within shutdown plans effectively.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of training programs for Equipment Inspectors, Operators, and Technicians to uphold competency and safety standards across all levels of operations.
- Maintain and regularly update the equipment master list to reflect current status and compliance details.
- Define testing, measurement, replacements, repairs, and modifications schedules based on written procedures, ensuring the physical condition of critical equipment meets operational safety requirements.
- Ensure rigorous verification and performance testing of safety valves and other safety-critical equipment, either by performing, witnessing, or overseeing such tests to guarantee reliable operation.
- Conduct audits of equipment manufacturers as required, supporting thorough supplier qualification and quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Yinson teams) and external parties (clients, contractors) to foster transparent communication and alignment on objectives and compliance requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management in support of the company’s goals and regulatory compliance.

- Responsibility and Proactivity: Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate initiative, and work in a hands-on manner to achieve targets and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering degree is mandatory.
- CREA-RJ accreditation is required.
- Post-Graduation degree in a relevant field will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience as an Operations Engineer within the Brazilian oil and gas sector, with experience specifically in integrity engineering preferred.
- Proven experience working with FPSO projects and offshore operations is highly desirable.
- Fluent English and Portuguese verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
