Senior Document Controller
Join the dynamic team at Yinson Engineering Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as a Senior Document Controller, based in our Shanghai Office. This important role within the Project Delivery & Supply Chain department under Offshore Production offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success and efficiency of complex offshore engineering projects.
About the Role
As a Senior Document Controller, you will be pivotal in managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring that records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company and industry standards. Your role will support project teams by facilitating the smooth flow of information, which is essential for the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement document control procedures and systems tailored to offshore production project requirements.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all project documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Organise, review, and distribute technical documentation, drawings, contracts, and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and supply chain personnel to align documentation processes with project timelines and goals.
- Track document revisions and versions rigorously, ensuring that the latest and approved versions are readily available.
- Conduct regular audits of document control systems to identify and rectify potential gaps or improvements.
- Train and support project staff in document control protocols and best practices.
