The Asset Integrity Engineer is a critical role based in the Singapore Office under the Offshore Production division.

Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance & Integrity Manager, you will be an integral part of the project engineering team, operations team, and corporate, responsible for ensuring the optimized integrity of the asset in alignment with the company's asset lifecycle strategy.

 

  • Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure integrity requirements for the asset are implemented, adhering to relevant standards and regulatory compliance.
    • Develop, implement, and optimize an integrity management plan for the asset operations.
    • Conduct relevant condition assessments related to pressure equipment, structural integrity, piping integrity, and hull integrity.

 

  • Duties:

    • Develop and maintain procedures related to asset integrity including Risk Based Inspection and Fabric Maintenance.
    • Contribute to the development of asset integrity design and specifications.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in asset integrity.
    • Monitor and oversee inspection programs and activities.
    • Coach and train relevant personnel in integrity work processes.
    • Engage in the Lesson Learnt approach and process to promote good practice.

 

  • HSSEQ Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a high degree of awareness and promote HSSEQ continuous improvement.
    • Lead by example in health, safety, security, environmental, and quality matters.
    • Observe and report any unsafe activities, conditions, or situations.

 

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Structural/Mechanical/Marine or Offshore Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the offshore industry.
    • Experience in larger project-based companies within the offshore industry, preferred.
    • Good knowledge in structural steel design and principal failure modes.
    • Understanding of fatigue damage development and corrosion under insulation.
    • Knowledge of API standards, digital twin, NDT, and RBI.
    • Knowledge of DNV codes and experience in a global environment.
    • This role will start with a fixed term contract of 2 years.
