About the Role

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals on live transactions and strategic financing initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas such as project financing, equity valuation and deal execution. You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, gaining insight into how complex financings are structured, negotiated, and executed in practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of financing and investment opportunities, including project financing, asset acquisitions, and equity transactions.
• Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing financial and commercial data for due diligence and transaction assessments.
• Help build and maintain financial and valuation models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare presentation materials, research summaries, and internal reports for management and stakeholders.
• Participate in internal discussions with teams such as accounting, legal, tax, operations, and business development.
• Support day-to-day corporate finance activities, covenant management, and administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong interest in corporate finance, project finance, or investment banking.
• Basic understanding of accounting, financial statements, and valuation concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a team environment.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
