ERP Maintenance Lead

The ERP Maintenance Lead will be the lead from ERP side on maintenance processes and implementation for FPSO projects. He/she will support all processes and systems around Maintenance in IFS with special focus on YP, but also support other business units in the region like YGT. He/she will also lead processes and mini/sub-projects to extend, improve and update/upgrade IFS maintenance module and connected systems.
 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Support maintenance processes and implementation for FPSO projects.
•    Be the main operational contact point for business/ALM’s (Asset Lifecycle Management) towards internal IFS support when it comes to all Asia 

     operations.
•    Implementation of new functions within Maintenance area (and Supply Chain Management if knowledgeable in that area).
•    Sub-project manager for maintenance in upgrade projects.
•    Training of end-users.
•    Troubleshooting, documenting, reporting, and following up functional and design related errors in in both IFS application and Yinson configuration.
•    Participating in internal forums within his/her knowledge areas.

QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:
