Provide Quality processes e.g. procedure to assist all Business Units in meeting their Quality objectives.

HSSEQ Standards and Core Business Processes:

Ensure that all relevant HSSEQ standards applicable to the business and core business processes are identified, developed and implemented within the organisation.

Audit: Plan, direct and monitor  internal and external audit program, ensuring the organisation conforms to ISO, ISM, ISPS and Flag State requirements.

No Major Nonconformances identified during External Audits, and No Major Nonconformances identified by Internal Audits undertaken by Corporate HSSEQ.

Contractor Management: 

Develop and monitor processes that effectiveness manage contractors; specifically, that they are risk-assessed, selected, qualified, and performance-managed to meet the organization’s regulatory, statutory, contractual, and organizational requirements

Develop and monitor processes that manage contractors; ensuring and effectiveness of these specifically, that they are risk-assessed, selected, qualified, and performance-managed to meet the organization’s regulatory, statutory, contractual, and organizational requirements.

Risk Management: 

Develop, maintain and monitor the Risk Management framework, ensuring the organization consistently identifies, monitors, and manages project and operational risks effectively.

Non Conforming Outputs: 

Develop, maintain and monitor processes to effectively ensuring that non-conforming outputs are identified, evaluated, and addressed.

Continual Improvement:

Develop, maintain and monitor our continual improvement framework so as it captures innovative ideas, shares knowledge, and leverages insights from past experiences to enhance future performance.

Ensure a competency and capability skills matrix is in place and maintained to ensure our global Quality Assurance team has the necessary competencies and capabilities to achieve its goals and objectives.   

Core Business Processes: 

Assure that the organisation's core business processes are continually optimized for time, cost, and quality.

Strategic Planning: 

Review and approve the QA Strategic plan annually to reflect the emerging needs of Yinson Production. 

Resource Planning: 

Ensure that the QA Department's human resources are effectively planned and scheduled to meet the organisation's quality assurance goals and measures of success.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences

Good Degree in any technical field.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suites
Effective negotiation and coaching skills
Min 15 years as Procurement Manager
Experience in Oil & Gas Sector
Lead’ Auditor qualified in ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001.
Auditor qualified in ISM and ISPS.
