Join our dynamic team at Yinson Production Capital Pte Ltd as a Senior Associate, Corporate & Strategic FP&A. This pivotal role is located in our Singapore Office, within the Offshore Production Business Unit, in the FP&A Corporate & Strategic department. As a Senior Associate, you will contribute significantly to our financial planning and analysis efforts, shaping key strategic decisions and ensuring sustainable growth for our company.
About the Role
In this role, you will utilise your analytical and technical skills to provide insightful financial information that drives strategic initiatives across the organisation. Your adaptability and decisiveness will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will work on various financial models, forecasts, and presentations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support corporate strategy and decision-making processes.
- Develop, manage, and refine financial models that analyse business performance and project future outcomes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights necessary for strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to upper management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and financial performance metrics.
- Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis to drive efficiency across the Finance division.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice methodologies to enhance the financial planning processes.

Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in financial planning & analysis with a multinational organisation and a proven track record in leading financial planning & analysis organisations; experience in the infrastructure and/or offshore oil and gas space is considered an advantage
