The Senior ERP Systems Analyst will advise and assist on implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing and continuous improvement initiatives related to the IFS financial module. He /she will lead or participate in harmonisation and improvement of IFS processes and workflows across Yinson Group, working closely with the Senior Solution Architect currently based in Singapore, Financial Systems & Processes Manager, Business Analyst Lead and Group / Business Unit Finance teams. He/she will build deep understanding of Yinson and potentially take on Solution Architect tasks in future. He/she will perform local support in Singapore.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive ERP documentation.
  • Partner with teams across business functions to leverage on IFS functionalities to drive organizational efficiencies throughout Yinson Group. 
  • Perform IFS financial module related implementation, migration, testing and training, including other modules as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement on e-invoicing and invoice scanning implementation to resolve issues and improve the work flows for the procurement process.
  • Prepare and update IFS process workflow policy and procedures, in collaboration with the Financial Processes & Systems Manager and other Finance personnel as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of IFS issues.
  • Update of IFS authority settings according to Board’s mandate.
  • Support IFS financial information dissemination to transaction owners
  • Work closely with external consultants from IFS and supporting systems like consolidation, management reporting, invoice automation solutions and treasury system to ensure continued smooth operation of IFS and seamless integration to supporting systems.
