The Senior HR Administrator will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, employee benefits, statutory surveys, work pass applications, and HR data maintenance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 

o    Work Pass Management: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of MOM work pass and dependent pass
o    HR induction: Conduct HR induction for new employees, including training on Employee Self Service in SuccessFactors (SF)  

o    Payroll Processing: Collaborate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and income tax submissions for all Singapore entities
o    Employee Data Maintenance: Maintain employee data in SF efficiently and timely
o    Government Grant and Claims: Monitor submissions of government grant paid leaves and National Service Claims by payroll vendor
o    Benefits Claims Verification: Verify employees’ benefits claims reimbursement via SF
o    Annual Review Support: Assist Head of HR Operations, Singapore, in the execution of the annual review
o    Employee Insurance Coordination: Work with Head of HR Ops and insurance team on group employee insurance plans, maintenance of Census for issuance and termination of employees and their dependents’ enrolment
o    Employee Benefit Briefings: Coordinate with insurance broker for quarterly employee benefit insurance briefing
o    Training Payment Coordination: Coordinate with Finance on staff training payments, including government training grant
o    Reporting: Verify employee headcount reports and submit monthly reports to Finance and Project Controls
o    Statutory Surveys: Handle statutory HR surveys
o    Audit Support: Responsible for payroll audits and support ISO audits
o    Employee Queries: Respond to employees’ HR-related queries
o    Documentation: Prepare employee letters and file data in SharePoint and personal files
o    Staff Welfare: Arrange staff welfare gifts for new births, get well, and condolences for employees


QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:
o    Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights
o    Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety, and welfare
o    Report quality-related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the HSSEQ department
o    Promote and take part in the HSSEQ continuous improvement process.

 

Requirements

  1. Degree / Diploma In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Experience working with a payroll vendor and managing payroll processes
  4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  5. Ability to verify and process HR-related tasks meticulously
